The hotel was top-notch, and I liked it. Smart staff who provided a luxurious stay. I booked exceptional cheap room. The food was tasty and with variety of options. Daily service was very good too. Central location, not too far away from cocodrilario el salado nature preserve.

Location is very perfect and I liked top quality rooms and amiable staff. Comprehensive breakfast, personalised service. Located near the sand beach. The beach is pristine and the views are fantastic!

The stay at this rare hotel was an unforgettable one. I enjoyed the place, it was spotless & the staff were KNOWLEDGEABLE. Amazing bed and recently renovated rooms. Absolutely perfect location for everything I needed. Also - just next door to the port as well as Gallerias shopping centre.

Facilities were extremely comfortable, yet Wi-Fi was horrible.

fairly clean and the staff was courteous. the rooms with a good breakfast and microwave plus fridge. the hotel itself was in a commercial area, just next door to major shopping centers and beach and main road. also, pirate ship vallarta was easy to reach.

it's incredible base for visiting some must see attractions in puerto vallarta. furthermore, it had a free parking on-site. just a 20-minute stroll to the center.

The location is good, the breakfast is nice. We truly enjoyed to chill in the nearby Jalisco Sports Bar. The service was all in all EXCELLENT. It was worth its 4 stars.
